Oregon Area Food Pantry is a non-profit organization that provides food and essential items to those in need within the Oregon School District.
We are closed on all holidays.
For all inclement weather closure decisions, please check our website before coming. A clear pop-up announcement will appear on the homepage if we are closed. We will make that determination before our opening time for the day.

Every Tuesday: 8:30am to 11:00am
1st and 3rd Thursday: 11:00am to 2:00pm
2nd and 4th Thursday: 4:00pm to 7:00pm
1st Saturday only: 8:30am to 11:00am

Residents of the Oregon Area School District in Oregon, WI in need of food assistance are eligible to receive food from Oregon Area Food Pantry.
Your own photo ID and those of all household members – this ID should include date of birth and address. Children do not require photo ID.
No appointments needed. Just come to the front entrance during our shopping hours.
Yes, you can designate another person to pick up food for you by simply completing the Proxy Shopping Form.
If you wish to access additional food from the pantry or if your household
income exceeds the eligibility level, you must also provide:
1. Proof of Residence: Recent (in last 30 days) first-class mail addressed
and delivered to you, a utility bill, or a lease in your name. If you do not
have a permanent address, the registrar will discuss your situation with
you to ensure you receive food.
2. Household Information: Names and birthdays of all household
members
3. Photo ID: Your own photo ID and those of all household members – this
ID should include dob and address. Children do not require photo ID.
For children, you may use school portal information or other evidence of
their name, birthday, and residence.
Note that gift cards and other local programs are only available to residents of
the Oregon School District. We will verify that your address is within the OSD
boundaries.
If your information changes throughout the year (e.g., address, household
members, income), you must notify us to update our records and confirm
your eligibility.

We are always in need of:
Please check any donations for expiration dates. Please don’t bring in any opened packaged food or any food you would not feed to your family. We cannot accept home-canned foods or home-prepared goods.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we generally do not accept frozen food items that have been stored in a donor's home freezer.We cannot verify the duration of storage or if the food has been thawed and refrozen, which poses a food safety risk.

We may consider accepting frozen food under specific, verified conditions:
If you have a large quantity of frozen food that meets one of the exceptions above, please call the pantry and leave a message with your details. A team member will call you back to discuss the donation and ensure it meets our safety standards before you bring it in.
Yes! Please drop off fresh foods during our shopping hours. Enter through the door at the back.
No, as much as we’d like to, we cannot accept home-canned foods or home-prepared goods.
Yes! We accept unopened, unexpired formula, diapers, and other essential necessities. Sorry, we do not accept breast milk.
Yes! Please drop off pet food during our shopping hours. Enter through the door at the back or leave it in our dropbox.
Yes! We accept unopened essential personal items such as period products, dental care products, tissues, toilet paper, sanitizer, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc
